As a diversity advocate for the cable industry, The Walter Kaitz Foundation has created partnerships among cable member companies to cooperatively encourage high-potential college students, representing multi-ethnic backgrounds, to pursue careers in the cable industry. The partnership has resulted in a unique, one-day Master Class designed to bring Millennials together with influential executives in the cable industry for a day of learning and coaching. The purpose of the program is to educate Millennials about the cable industry, expose them to business trends and opportunities and help them to understand how to interpret trends that will shape essential business strategies in the decade ahead.
